CASE MANAGERS

Case management is a collaborative process that assesses, plans, implements, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates the options and services required to meet a client’s needs. Your Case Manager will help you come up with a plan and help you complete the steps needed for you to be successful. Sometimes a plan includes creating a resume, preparing for an interview or accessing funding to return to school. As your needs and experience changes your plan will need adjusting and your Case Manager will help you develop a new plan. Our goal is to help you find and maintain employment to fit your full capacity. Your Case Manager will be an excellent source of information and support when you are making your own decisions.

CAREER COUNSELLORS

During the sessions with your Career Counsellor, you will receive guidance and information about career opportunities or training/educational programs. You may also gain additional job search skills, such as interviewing and networking. You will be encouraged to set realistic goals and make responsible choices. Career counselling will help you achieve ultimate success in the job market.
