We are looking for a Operations Manager – Administrative services.
- Interview, hire and provide training for staff or arrange for training.
- Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within establishment.
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a department providing a single administrative service or several administrative services.
- Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies.
- Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as manager of office operations, administrative services, budget management or any other relevant similar experience.
- Very strong Microsoft office skills.
- Prior experience working in a SME size company.
- Good knowledge and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Salary Range: Between 29.12$/h to 31.25$/h (depending on experience)
