We are seeking an Office Support worker, Full time or part time, can work remote from home

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible inputting work orders
  • Scheduling calls
  • working with time cards and other employees
  • Gathering information on work orders
  • Inputting time cards
  • Inputting warranty info and following up
  • Employee must have organizational Skills and has attention to detail

 

Qualifications:

  • Must have education and experience
  • Diploma in Accounting or Office Admin
  • Office Experience, Excel, Sage, Word
  • Customer service
  • Organizational skills
