Responsibilities:Marketing Manager Responsibilities Edit current website writing content according to service provided and projects undergoing; Create well rounded social media presence advertising to appropriate segmentation and targeting market; Oversee website and social media post and responding from digital members to facilitate content effectiveness and brand awareness; Identify and constant monitor industry trend and incorporate into marketing campaigns; Build and maintain strategic relationship with home developers, renovators, vendors, agencies and other commercial partners; Participate in industry exhibition or expos across Canada and internationally; Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely; Recruit and train new marketing staffs when necessary.
Qualifications:Qualification and Skill Minimum 2 years’ experience as marketing manager in real estate industry; University Degree in Marketing, communication or related area of study; Knowledge of varies of social media platforms; Excellent communication skills;
