Call for Casual List for Store Clerk – Facilities Management Department


StFX University is seeking to expand its pool of temporary/casual/on-call candidates for the position of Store Clerk. If you are interested in being considered for a temporary position to fill in for a Store Clerk within the Facilities Management Department, we encourage you to submit a cover letter and resume or a completed StFX application to the Human Resources Department. Application forms may be found here or picked up from the HR Department.


The primary function of this position is to record and issue workorders, which are requested by faculty, students and staff. FM Supervisors also request workorders for planned /corrective and preventative maintenance work.   This position requires daily interaction with faculty, staff and students relating to work order information (clarification) and work order status.
